23-25 October, Lviv will host a new season of Lviv Fashion Week. This season’s programme will feature shows by Ukrainian and international brands, debut presentations by emerging designers, the UFEG educational programme, professional talks and a pop-up store featuring participating brands.
FASHION SHOWS
The season will open on 23 October with a VOZIANOV show at LYRA space. Fedir Vozianov will create a new collection live, demonstrating a system he has been researching and refining for the past ten years. What if the complexity of a form depends not on the number of details, seams and operations, but on the precision of a single decision? Rather than presenting a finished result, the audience will witness the process itself - the new VOZIANOV collection will be created live during the event.
Behind this seemingly simple act lie ten years of research. What has appeared in Vozianov’s work at different stages as experiments with geometry, avant-garde, cutting, materials and the body has now come together as a coherent system.
On 24 and 25 October, at the main Lviv Fashion Week venue, Barvy Event Hall, new collections will be presented by STARCHAK, ANDREAS MOSKIN, CHERNIKOVA, ATTIRE by Halyna Davydiuk, VBRANA by Svitlana Mykytyuk, Olesya MARCHUK, ANK design, Marta STRILETSKA and BIMAN.
The programme will also feature a show of graduate collections by students of the Department of Fashion Design at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. The participating designers are Yulia Ben, Yulia Brenio, Andriy Moskva, Maria Ivaniychuk, Iryna Kviatkovska and Volodymyr Lukan.
Italian brand BALOSSA will once again join the programme, continuing the international fashion dialogue that Lviv Fashion Week has been developing over recent seasons.
A pop-up store featuring Lviv Fashion Week participants will be open at the main venue, offering visitors an opportunity to take a closer look at the collections and meet the brands in person.
EDUCATION & FASHION DIALOGUE
This season, the educational programme goes beyond the traditional lecture format. In partnership with the Ukrainian Fashion Education Group (UFEG), a series of educational events will take place on 23-24 October, offering a perspective on the fashion industry not only through finished collections, but also through the people and processes behind them.
The new Open Studios format will offer an opportunity to step inside the working spaces of fashion brands and meet the people who create Ukrainian fashion every day. On 23 October, participants will visit the studios of LINNI CARO and STARCHAK.
On 24 October, the public talk “What is the Fashion Today” will feature avant-garde designer and founder of the VOZIANOV brand Fedir Vozianov. The talk will be moderated by Maryna Loseva, founder of UFEG.
The educational programme will conclude with Maryna Loseva’s lecture “Fashion Signals: Key Ideas of the Next Fashion Cycle.”
FASHION WITH PURPOSE
In partnership with the Charitable Foundation 24, the event will include a fundraising initiative in support of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade, where long-time Lviv Fashion Week photographer Ihor Fedoriv serves. The “invitation by donation” format remains in place - access to runway shows and lectures is available through charitable contributions, giving attendees an opportunity to support Ukraine’s defenders. Lviv Fashion Week SS 2027 will bring together three days of fashion shows, new names, professional conversations and direct interaction with the Ukrainian fashion industry.
