On March 24-27 ХVІІ Lviv Fashion Week will take place in Lviv. In this season Lviv Fashion Week broadens the number of designers-members and adapts new interesting locations for presentation of collections. The main location is traditionally Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport, where the fashion shows of the main schedule will be held on March 26-27. At the location "The Arsenal club" fashion shows will take place on March 24-25. For the first time the Andrey Sheptytsky National Museum in Lviv will become the place for holding fashion shows of Lviv Fashion Week where on March 25 the show of Tata Kalita will take place. Astoria Hotel and Leopolis Hall will become additional places for presentation of projects.
Shows of the main schedule will take all 4 days of Lviv Fashion Week, season will be opened on March 23 with the new collection by Kateryna Karol at the location "The Arsenal club". In the agenda the Ukrainian designers dominate – new autumn/winter 2016 collections will be demonstrated by Roksolana Bogutska, OKSANA MUKHA by Kateryna Yalova, Marta Wachholz, Lesia Semi, NovaNa Studio, Oksana Piekna, Kateryna Karol, Tata Kalita, NAT (Lviv); IDoL, Cher-nika (Kyiv); Chernikova (Іvano-Frankivsk); KEKA, Godis, Kapsamun, Osipov, NIKI's, Sofitie (Odesа); GraNat by Natalia Grechana (Mykolaiv), Snezhana Gorobets (Vinnytsia). Owing to cooperation with Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week Poland new collections will be presented by Polish designers - Waleria Tokarzewska-Karaszewicz, Klaudia Markiewicz. Debut collection will be demonstrated by the finalist of SABOTAGE contest Anastasiia Rozova (Belarus). Belarusian designers Natalia Ligorova, Kira Algina, Anton Yaroshchyk will become the participants of OFF Schedule project on March 24. Georgian VASKA brand will present new collection in the format of presentation on March 25 at Astoria Hotel. In addition, among international guests of Lviv Fashion Week there are fashion-editors, fashion-bloggers and fashion-photographers from France, Germany, Poland, and Dubai.
The main schedule of the shows for autumn/winter 2016 season will be completed by lecture program and Lviv Fashion Week showroom. On March 26 the round table under the topic “Designers and media: principles of interaction” will be held at Astoria hotel with moderator – blogger and expert of the Best Fashion Awards - Myroslav Melnyk. On March 27 in Leopolis-hall the analyst and the founder of Podiumlex Fashion Forecasting Centre Liana Biliakovych will deliver a lecture under the topic “Fashion 2017: sufficient change of development vectors".
Lviv Fashion Week showroom in which nearly 30 Ukrainian brands will participate, will work at the place of holding shows in Lviv Danylo Hlytskyi International airport on March 26-27.
Roksolana Bogutska’s show will be charitable and held in collaboration with "I am not alone" fund: all the money for the invitations will be used to help children from orphanages and needy families.
